How Much is Shipping?

Shipping is currently FREE within the UK Mainland. Whilst we continue to work on adding full worldwide shipping options if you are based in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or other territories and would like to place an order, please email us for a shipping quote Contact Us.  However, for customers based in these territories we will deduct the equivalent postage cost as if we were shipping the item within the UK Mainland.


Shipping Address


Please note that we will only ship to the 'Seller Protection Address' shown on your PayPal account.  If you wish to have the item sent to an address other than your Billing Address, then you will need to change this in PayPal prior to making your purchase.


Customs Charges


Please note all countries outside the EU have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further details please contact your local customs authority.

When Will My Item Arrive?

We are a small independent business and at this time we are unable to provide a full range of shipping options. Where your order is received by 5.30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and Sunday, we will endeavor to dispatch your order via Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery within 48 hours. Orders received on a Friday or Saturday will generally be shipped the following Monday, where possible.  Shipping times may vary dependant on when we receive notification of receipt of cleared funds via paypal, but we will keep you informed if there is to be a delay in shipping your item if we are awaiting cleared funds e.g. echeques etc.

How Do I Return An Item?

You are asked to examine the goods as soon as is reasonably practicable after delivery. Any claim by you based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to correspond with specification must (whether or not delivery is refused by you) be notified to the company within 14 days from the date of delivery or within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure if it was not apparent upon reasonable inspection.

Where a valid claim in respect of Goods delivered is notified to us within 14 days of the delivery date, or within a reasonable time if not apparent upon reasonable inspection, you are entitled to:


  • reject the Goods and receive a full refund; or
  • have the Goods (or the part in question) replaced free of charge, if a suitable replacement is available. If no suitable replacement is available you will receive a full refund.

Any claims made after 14 days of delivery or exceeding a reasonable time of discovery, we shall be entitled to either:


  • replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of charge, if a suitable replacement is available, if no suitable replacement is available you will receive a full refund; or
  • at our sole discretion refund to you the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price) and we shall have no further liability to you.
